SESSION INFORMATION
Writing enrichment sessions are one-on-one with client and 50 minutes in length. Consultation time with parents is built in to session time; additional time can be scheduled upon request.
CANCELLATIONS
Please call to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled without 24 hour notice will be billed the full fee as that time is reserved exclusively for the client. I certainly take into account that family emergencies or illnesses occur without prior notice.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information concerning the work between Sara Hanson Sera and clients will remain confidential. Information will be provided at the request of the client to school personnel or other related professionals. I will ask for you to authorize a release of information.
FINANCIAL TERMS
Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. If circumstances make it difficult for you to meet those terms, please speak with me in advance.
